CHANI & Storytelling
Hi,
As a longtime subscriber and follower, I have seen CHANI create a space where people like me feel understood and connected—to ourselves, to each other, and something bigger. That kind of storytelling, the kind that meets people where they are and affirms their experiences, is the kind of space I want to be part of.
My name is Sanjana, and I am a designer with project management training. For the past decade, my focus has been crafting narratives that uplift communities, build connections, and enhance knowledge accessibility. I co-founded Branded Brats, a textile initiative driven by design that collaborates with artisan weavers in India to ensure their traditional craftsmanship is preserved, acknowledged, and valued in today’s society. Through genuine storytelling and impactful engagement, we established a community of over 1,000 people around our initiative within a year, creating valuable opportunities for weaver families.
Branded Brats shaped how I approach storytelling—not as a top-down process but as an evolving exchange where listening is just as important as what is being shared. As a Project management Co-op at the GAA, I developed communication strategies that strengthened collaboration, clarified messaging, and streamlined 5000+ projects so that stories flow seamlessly across platforms and people feel deeply connected to the work.
At CHANI, I see the opportunity to bring my authentic self to storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement. Whether it’s leading organic marketing campaigns, shaping content distribution, or building meaningful partnerships, I want to share stories that resonate, inform, and feel as alive as astrology itself.
CHANI values intention, care, and accessibility and crafts stories that give people the language to understand their experiences and a deeper connection to their purpose. I’d love to be a part of it and share more. Thank you for everything you do—I look forward to continuing this conversation.
